What is agreed between us.

Grounded Beside You is a sole trader business run by Goreti Gananca, based in Chichester, West Sussex. When you book anything, you are dealing with her personally, not with a company or an agency.

Goreti goes with you to things, and spends planned time beside you. That is the whole of it. The service works exclusively with women.

It is not therapy or counselling. It is not personal, medical or nursing care. It is not domestic help, and it is not an emergency or out-of-hours service. Nothing in an arrangement will quietly turn into any of those.

The Community group is free. The Circle is £25 a month. A gathering is £45 per place. An afternoon — three hours, one-to-one — is £150. Beside You ongoing support is £395, £650 or £950 a month depending on the tier. Prices cover Goreti’s time and her own travel within roughly twenty-five minutes of Chichester; your own entry fees, tickets, food and parking are yours.

Time is confirmed in writing before it happens. Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice. A gathering is paid for when you book it; an afternoon is invoiced once it is agreed; ongoing support is invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are due within fourteen days.

Beside You has a short written agreement setting out the tier, the approximate hours each month, and how either of you brings it to an end. Hours are planned together at the start of each month and do not roll over into the next one — the point of it is the rhythm, not a balance to spend down. You can move between tiers with one month’s notice.

Life happens, and this is not a business built on penalising people. For one-to-one time, please give as much notice as you can; more than forty-eight hours and it is simply rearranged at no cost. Inside forty-eight hours, Goreti may charge for the time, and will use her judgement — an illness is not a late cancellation.

Gathering places can be transferred to another date if you tell her more than seven days beforehand. If Goreti has to cancel, you are refunded in full or the time is rearranged, whichever you prefer.

Anything ongoing ends with one month’s written notice from either side, and you never have to give a reason.

That you treat Goreti with the same courtesy she extends to you, that the places you ask her to go are safe and lawful, and that you tell her anything she genuinely needs to know to arrange the time well. She may end an arrangement immediately, without refund of time already used, if she is treated abusively or asked to do something outside what is described here.

Public liability insurance is in place and an enhanced DBS check is held. You are welcome to ask to see either before anything begins.

Goreti takes reasonable care at all times, and nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, her liability for any one arrangement is limited to the amount you have paid for it. She is not responsible for third parties — the venue, the class, the professional you are going to see.
